CSAC received more than 250 entries this year — the most since 2008. After much discussion, our judging panel selected more than 40 programs to receive awards. The top award — the California Counties Innovation Award — is being presented to San Diego County for its Adult Protective Services Acutely Vulnerable Adult Protocol. This year, the judges decided to add a special award – the California Counties Collaboration — because of one entry that truly exemplified the spirit of collaboration among our counties.
