Availability.

Background: The California Department of Housing and
Community Development (HCD) released the Multifamily Finance
Super NOFA and final Guidelines for the Multifamily Housing
Program (MHP), Infill Infrastructure Grant Program (IIG), Joe
Serna Jr. Farmworker Housing Grant Program (Serna), and the
Veterans Housing and Homelessness Prevention Program (VHHP) in
March 2022.
