The California Health and Human Services Agency (CalHHS), in
partnership with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)
and the Judicial Council of California (JC), will host the next
CARE Act Working Group meeting on Wednesday, August 21,
from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. In addition to general
implementation updates from CalHHS, DHCS, and JC, the meeting
will feature a panel of representatives from San Mateo, San
Diego, and Stanislaus Counties who will discuss their experiences
with implementation. The meeting will also include a presentation
from the RAND Corporation on their independent evaluation plan.
The meeting will take place in Sacramento and via Zoom. The
