CSAC Finance Corporation shares updates on its Corporate Platinum Partner - The California 2-1-1 Providers Network (211 CA) - and spotlights the continued success of the recently launched Easy Smart Pay (ESP) program.

The California 2-1-1 Providers Network (211 CA) was created and incorporated as a 501(c)3 organization to support 2-1-1 organizations through-out California and to establish them as a significant statewide resource for providing free and reliable information and supports to California’s residents. 211 CA provides connectivity to a vast array of services including housing, health, and social services especially in times of disaster and recovery. 211 CA services are available to all Californians across all income levels, languages, and cultural backgrounds. Since 2018, CSAC Finance Corporation has provided administrative and fiscal service support to 211 CA. CSAC Finance Corporation is very proud to announce that 211 CA has recently hired an Executive Director and established additional resources, allowing them to manage their administrative and fiscal duties without the direct support of CSAC Finance Corporation. 211 CA is poised to take the already successful network to the next level. 211 CA continues to have strong ties to CSAC Finance Corporation and will remain as a Corporate Platinum Partner moving forward. Easy Smart Pay 

The Easy Smart Pay (ESP) product, a project established by the CSAC Finance Corporation, continues its success and expansion. ESP offers the most efficient and cost-effective way to pay local government taxes in monthly installments. The goal of the program is focused on improving and facilitating tax payments for local government taxpayers, in a user-friendly and streamlined fashion at the lowest cost possible. The program promotes and ensures easy installment payments and allows taxpayers to avoid large one-time payments and/or significant penalties, benefiting both counties and taxpayers. On December 6, 2022, Tuolumne County became the latest and 13^th county to join the ESP program. Taxpayers in Tuolumne County will now be able to pay their property tax in monthly installments at the lowest credit card transaction rate in the state.
