On Monday, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) awarded
$37 million to 49 clinics in 41 counties across the state that
provide Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports
services to Medi-Cal members. The awards are part of the
Providing Access and Transforming Health- Capacity and
Infrastructure, Transition, Expansion, and Development
(PATH-CITED) Initiative’s work to help clinics build, maintain,
and scale capacity and infrastructure. ECM and Community Supports
serve the highest-need Medi-Cal managed care members, providing
in-person care coordination, housing assistance, and other
community-based services for eligible members. The clinics
