On August 17, Inyo County CAO Nate Greenberg hosted
Organizational Change Leadership for 25 participants from 12
counties.
Greenberg covered quality improvement measures, root case
analysis, and other high-impact tools to help participants
prepare for implementing system changes and helping staff support
system changes.
“We see change through our perspective,” Greenberg told
attendees. “If we can shift to common perspectives, behavior will
follow suit.”
Attendees gathered in downtown Sacramento from the counties of
Alameda, Butte, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Mendocino, Nevada, San
Benito, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba.
