CSAC would like to share that the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will host live, virtual Medi-Cal Justice Involved (JI) Screening Portal Office Hours to answer any questions providers may have regarding the upcoming release of the Medi-Cal JI Screening Portal. Please refer to the following schedule for upcoming events.
JI Screening Portal Office Hours
Pre-Requisite Training
Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend the JI Screening Portal Live Webinar on either September 10 or September 12, 2024, from 10 to 11 a.m. The JI Screening Portal Office Hours function as a questions and answers session that supplements but does not replace the JI Screening Portal training.
Logistics
All events will be accessed via Microsoft Teams, and pre-registration is required as the web link will be provided via email before the event begins. Shortly before the event begins, select the web link that was provided via email and provide all required contact information. Providers should join a few minutes early to ensure completion before the event starts.
Pre-enrollment in the Medi-Cal Learning Portal (MLP) is not required to participate in Office Hours.
Medi-Cal Rx Orientation and Training for CalAIM Justice Involved (JI) October 1, 2024 Implementation
In addition, DHCS will offer two orientation and training sessions on Medi-Cal Rx Orientation and Training for CalAIM JI October 1, 2024, Implementation. These sessions will cover information specific to Medi-Cal Rx and coordination of outpatient pharmacy benefit services for California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Justice-Involved (JI) Reentry Initiative eligible members.
Note: While there are two session dates available, both sessions will cover the same content, so interested individuals may attend whichever session works best for their schedule.
