and Community Corrections (BSCC) is proposing further
modifications to Title 15, Division 1, Chapter 1, Subchapter 4,
section 1028, and in accordance with the California
Administrative Procedure Act, a 15-day public comment period has
been scheduled. The 15-day public comment period began on
October 28, 2024, and ends November 12, 2024. The full
