The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will host an
informational webinar for all currently approved Providing Access
and Transforming Health (PATH) Technical Assistance (TA)
recipients on Thursday, September 26 from 10:00 – 11:00
a.m. Organizations eligible to receive free TA,
including counties, community based organizations, and providers,
are also invited to attend to learn more about the Marketplace
and how to navigate the catalog of services. The webinar will
demonstrate how to access the TA Marketplace and select TA
vendors or projects, as well as provide key updates and answer
questions.
Advanced registration is required.
The PATH TA Marketplace serves as a one-stop-shop website where
eligible organizations can access free TA services to implement
the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) benefit and Community Supports
services to build data capacity, strengthen services, and promote
health equity. Additional information about the PATH TA
