CSAC and RCRC are teaming up to bring you a two-part
Redistricting Webinar Series. The series will break down all
you need to know about redistricting for your county.
Register now for Part One: Legal Requirements and Technical
Aspects of Redistricting in 2021, being held on March
5 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Part One
will be of particular interest to county counsel, redistricting
staff, and others who need a working knowledge of the technical
aspect of redistricting. Open to all Supervisors and county
staff, the webinar will focus on the legal and technical
requirements, including the Voting Rights Act and changes
resulting from the passage of AB 849 (2019).
The webinar will feature presentations by Chris Skinnell and
Marguerite Leoni of Nielsen Merksamer, along with Douglas Johnson
of the National Demographics Corporation. The presentations will
be followed by a Q&A session, so come ready to engage and
learn together.
