The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will host two Justice-Involved (JI) Reentry Learning Collaborative Webinars on Thursday, February 6th and Thursday, February 20th. Please find Zoom information below.
These upcoming sessions will cover many topics, from the JI screening portal, short-term care model, services, billing and claiming, enhanced care management (ECM), warm hand-offs, auto-assignments, pharmacy, and more. Different DHCS partners will facilitate each session, provide space for facilitated breakout discussions with peers, and offer some time for Q&A. DHCS will also host office hours the week following each session as an open forum to answer any outstanding questions from the week prior.
The goal of these sessions is to:
Provide technical assistance.
Identify and collectively problem-solve implementation challenges.
Collaborate with local partners and community stakeholders.
Share best practices.
