rough” within your department? The CSAC William “Bill” Chiat
Institute for Excellence in County Government announces
the third California cohort of the NACo
High Performance Leadership Academy,
from August 1 to November 4, 2022.
This intensive, 12-week online cohort is a partnership with the
National Association of Counties (NACo) and designed for emerging
leaders who are preparing to lead change in the business of
county government. To effectively serve California communities,
County leaders must effectively navigate change. This Leadership
Academy will help emerging leaders plan, lead, and sustain
positive change.
