  • Invoicing & Reimbursement timeline.
  • Reporting Requirements.

If you have additional questions, you may contact the DSH Growth Cap Team at DSHISTGrowthCap@dsh.ca.gov.

SAVE THE DATE: Spring 2024 Revenue Distribution Training

CSAC would like to inform you that the dates have been set for the 2024 Spring Trial Court Revenue Distribution Trainings—and would like to provide an advance notice so that you can mark your calendar. This is the twelfth consecutive year the Judicial Council and State Controller’s Office will collaborate to address the impacts of newly enacted legislation on trial court revenue distributions and present updates on other related areas of interest. The Judicial Council’s Court-Ordered Debt Task Force established this training in 2013 for court, county, city, and parking entities that perform revenue collection and distribution activities.

Based on the feedback provided to the Judicial Council, this training session will include pre-recorded and “live” segments. Breakout sessions will include Session A— Basic Distributions and Session B— Advanced Distributions. For your convenience, they will offer both Sessions A and B on three separate days; see available times below. Because space for each session will be limited, please coordinate/consider work schedules and plan accordingly.
