With the recent investments in expanding existing diversion
programs and establishing new diversion programs, continued
technical assistance is necessary to address the long-term
pre-trial felony diversion program goals. The Department of State
Hospitals (DSH) has announced two upcoming technical assistance
webinars for counties and other stakeholders interested in the
DSH Pre-Trial Felony Diversion program. The webinars will cover
participant eligibility and risk assessments in the Pre-Trial
