The Assistant Director of Public Works will be a trustworthy and professional individual when providing services to our community. The selected candidate will be an experienced professional with knowledge of technical and engineering theories, principles and practice as applied to the field of public works. Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, public administration, a laboratory science or related field AND five (5) years of supervisory or management level experience which includes three (3) years of supervisory or management level experience in a public works environment. Dependent upon assignment, possess a valid Registration as a Civil Engineer in California and valid California Driver’s License.
