The next Capital Programs Manager of the Alameda County General Services Agency will have the opportunity to oversee the capital improvement of an impressive and growing portfolio of facilities in one of the most desirable locations in the United States. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Capital Programs, the Capital Programs Manager oversees the Design and Construction Division. Annual salary is DOQ.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or an engineering discipline related to the design and construction of capital projects, including but not limited to civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering, from a four or five-year accredited college or university degree program; and seven years of increasingly responsible full-time professional experience in the field of building design and/or construction management, including five years of supervisory or project management experience and staff management/team leadership experience on major highly complex building projects.
