Description:

San Joaquin County is seeking an experienced and innovative information systems professional to serve as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The CISO develops and administers the functions and activities of the County’s Information Security Program and directs the activities in support of those objectives. This includes upholding security awareness, security policies and procedures, security risk assessments, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, incident response, security operations, and IT audit and compliance, through collaboration and in consultation with county departments’ Department Information Security Officers (DISO).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in CS, IT, Public/Business Admin or related field. Five (5) years experience in IT security, incluing at least three (3) in management or supervisory role.
