Description:

To provide management and supervision of the Code Enforcement Division of the Community Development Department; to direct and coordinate staff activities involved in the receipt, investigation and resolution of complaints regarding code enforcement violations of state and County land use, zoning, subdivision, and abatement laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Completion of 60 semester units of college coursework, including or supplemented by specialized training in the areas of planning, building, investigation or a related field.

One (1) year of experience in the investigation and enforcement of code violations comparable to that of a Code Enforcement Officer or Assistant Planner II with the County of Lake

AND

Two (2) years of experience in a management or supervisory position.
