$98,134.40 – $172,328.00 Annually

Description:

This Deputy Division Director position makes broad policy decisions and recommendations to the Agency’s executive team and the Division’s senior management team; manages high profile and critical development projects/assignments; sets vision/mission for programs and ensures alignment of priorities with department and County business goals; reviews and approves program objectives/results; has broad discretion and significant accountability in policy decisions, setting priorities and directing subordinate staff.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidates will possess at least two years’ experience performing at the level of an Administrative/Program Manager II or equivalent within a substantially large and complex organization (preferably in a social services or governmental agency).
