Salary:

$100,859 – $151,278

Description:

The Director is responsible for the administration of the Agency functions which are diverse with a myriad of services and supports an agency culture that adheres to the highest ethical standards, promotes employee morale and acts in concert with the mission, vision and values of GSA and Stanislaus County. This at-will position is appointed by the Chief Executive Officer reporting on a daily basis to the designated Assistant Executive Officer. This individual administers and coordinates the activities of the GSA and carries out the objectives of the Board in providing for the efficient delivery of public services.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Services or a closely related field; AND
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager or Staff Administrator, that required the coordination of the delivery of internal services to customer departments, support services or programs, two (2) years of which must have been at a senior level.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Services or a closely related field.
