Description:

The Director of Strategic Communications and Community Partnerships oversees the County’s communications, public affairs, and civic engagement efforts. This role leads the Communications and Community Affairs divisions, ensuring strategies effectively connect residents to County resources and services. This position requires significant independence, initiative, and expertise in public policy and community relations. Reporting to the County Executive Officer, the Director provides high-level strategic direction and ensures alignment across the County’s public affairs and communication strategies. The role also involves supervising a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful community programs and services.

Qualifications:

Seven years of progressive management experience in public affairs and communications.
