The Vietnamese American Service Center (VASC) is hiring a Director to lead operational and strategic initiatives while fostering strong community relations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget, staff, and volunteer management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s in Social Work may substitute for one year of experience).
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a non-profit or community service organization.
• Vietnamese language proficiency is highly desirable.
