Description:

Placer County is currently accepting applications for Disability Management Analyst I/II! This position works to provide comprehensive human resources support in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, classification, benefits, performance management, and equal employment opportunity for assigned departments. This role will also analyze and evaluate HR data, including recruitment methods, compensation, and classification, and assist with policy development and implementation for program areas.

Qualifications:

Experience: Two years of increasingly responsible professional human resources administration experience similar to the duties performed by Placer County’s Human Resources Analyst I. Training: Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business or public administration, human resources administration, behavioral science or a related field.
