Description:

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive for the Child Support Directors Association (CSDA). CSDA promotes and supports California county local child support agencies in their efforts to provide for the well-being of the children and families served by California’s Child Support Program. The Executive Director of CSDA is responsible for providing guidance and recommendations to the Board of Directors on achieving its mission, implementation of policies set by the Board of Directors, the CSDA Strategic Plan and Annual Business Plan, and the financial, program, and administrative management of the association and its staff. Qualifications:

The Executive Director operates in a full-time, in-person office setting in Sacramento. This role necessitates frequent regional and occasional overnight travel, which may account for approximately 10% of the time. Standard workweeks are expected, along with the likelihood of evenings, weekends, and longer hours to support events, including Board meetings and organizational representation.
