The City enjoys a diverse economic base with tourism playing an important role in the economy. The Finance & Administrative Services Director position provides an opportunity to lead a team of 15 that provides high-quality support services to all City departments including Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced local government professional with broad administrative skills and depth in municipal financial management. A passion for team building, staff development and process improvement are prerequisites for success. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a flexible approach will be critical in this role. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, including 2 years of supervision and a Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in public or business administration or related field. The salary range goes up to $229,824; salary is supplemented by an attractive benefits package.
