$211,253 to $256,777

Description:

The City is seeking an experienced leader who will lead a department that focuses on internal service, benefit to the community and to the organization as a whole. The Finance Director will lead a department that is well managed, well staffed, and highly supported within the city organization. The new Director must be a strong relationship builder who is approachable, patient and collaborative.

Qualifications:

Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be: eight years of increasingly responsible management and/or administrative experience in municipal finance, accounting, or a related field including five years of management and/or supervisory experience. Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
