Under the general direction of the Career Executive Assignment (CEA) B of the Compliance Division (Division) within the DCC, the CEA-A of the Investigative Services Branch (Branch) will serve as the Investigations and Compliance Chief. The incumbent will be responsible for collaboratively building and maintaining a comprehensive and effective regulatory compliance, inspection, and enforcement program. This includes ensuring alignment with the DCC’s strategic goals and values, coordinating with local agencies to streamline compliance processes, and fostering collaboration across local cannabis offices.
