Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Trainer to deliver comprehensive training for large-scale IT projects. The Trainer will play a crucial role in equipping end-users with the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilize new systems, tools, and processes. This position requires a dynamic, adaptable, and resourceful individual with a strong background in training for high-user environments, particularly in IT projects with complex user bases. Prior experience working with Salesforce and in child welfare or public sector environments is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Qualifications: MQ1: Minimum of two (2) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the past ten (10) years delivering training for IT implementation projects with at least 5,000 active users. MQ2: Minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience within the past ten (10) years in designing and developing training materials across various multimedia and document file formats for IT implementation projects with at least 5,000 active users. MQ3: Proficiency with Salesforce, with the ability to train users on Salesforce features and functionalities effectively. MQ4: Based in California Desired Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Government, or other related field. Previous experience working with child welfare or public sector agencies, bringing an understanding of their unique environments and training needs.
