Description:

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to join our team and support the labor relations program. This position is with our labor relations team but the list may be used to fill future vacancies in other positions allocated to the HR Analyst series. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the County’s labor relations program are handled efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This recruitment may be used to fill future permanent, substitute, limited term, and temporary positions, both full-time and part-time throughout the County.

Qualifications:

A combination of education, training, and experience resulting in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. An example of qualifying education and experience includes: Human Resources Analyst I-II- III: Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, safety or industrial engineering, or a related social or behavioral science field. Human Resources Analyst I: No additional experience. Human Resources Analyst II: In addition, one year of professional HR management experience. Human Resources Analyst III: In addition, three years of professional HR management experience.
