$165,235.20 – $200,761.60/year

Description:

In this role, the successful incumbent will be responsible to plan, organize, and direct the general administrative services for the Public Works Agency; to assist in the determination of overall policy for the functions to which assigned and participate in development and implementation of policy for the Agency as a whole; and to do related work as required. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to the work performed in this position. (Additional administrative managerial experience comparable to the duties for this position may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis.) AND Experience The equivalent of five years of full-time increasingly responsible administrative managerial experience which included analyzing, making recommendations, and facilitating the implementation of change for organization, procedural, program, budget or personnel management. Three years must include supervisory experience. (Experience in public sector financing and human resources is highly desirable.) License: Possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle Operator’s license.
