Are you a Human Resources professional with great communication skills who would like to work in a collaborative environment? The Human Resources Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Risk Management Program Manager. The Risk Management Program Manager (Program Manager), reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resources/ Risk Manager, will oversee the following three programs: – Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title I workplace accommodations program for employees and job candidates with disabilities. – Leaves of Absence program for managing and monitoring the administration of claims for leave of absence. – Workers’ Compensation Program.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. • A typical way to qualify is three years of progressively responsible professional-level experience in the field of Human Resources within a public-sector environment, specifically regarding ADA in general and Title I specifically, Leave of Absence, Workers’ Compensation, and insurance policies. • Experience should also include at least one year performing supervisory duties.
