Salary:

$56,076.80 – $68,161.60 Annually

Description:

This position is fundamental to the services we provide to our customers in South Lake Tahoe. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience working in the land development field in the Tahoe area. The ideal candidate demonstrates a calm, patient and helpful demeanor at all times, working directly with our customers to provide excellent service. The candidate will be working in an environment that includes disciplines beyond Planning and Building, our ideal candidate will be collaborative and willing to seek efficiencies as the teams work together.

Qualifications:

One year of experience in reviewing building plans and processing building permits and inspection reports at a level equivalent to the County’s class of Development Technician II.
