CSAC currently includes over 45 diverse Affiliate Members that are united by a shared mission of working on behalf of California’s 58 counties to improve the quality of life for all residents. These Affiliate Members consist of elected and appointed county staff leaders who, through their independent associations and organizations, represent the needs of county service-delivery personnel and the vital public services they provide.

The CSAC Finance Corporation was formed in 1986 to provide a broad array of finance, investment, insurance and public services to benefit California counties and related public agencies. Since its inception the CSAC Finance Corporation has grown to be the premier provider of a variety of cost-saving programs and services to counties and other local governments throughout California.

The Corporate Associates Program fosters collaboration between businesses and local governments, creating opportunities to address key issues facing counties across the state. Open to companies of all sizes and industries, it offers flexible annual membership options across three levels of participation.

The California Counties Foundation is a 501(c)3 that strives to advance excellence in county government by providing educational opportunities and support services to CSAC members. The Foundation is home to the CSAC William “Bill” Chiat Institute for Excellence in County Government and CSAC Grants Initiative.
