2020 Challenge Award Recipients
CSAC is honoring 49 programs from 25 counties: 20 Challenge Awards and 29 Merit Awards. The programs, developed by Humboldt, Orange and Placer Counties, have been selected as recipients of the California Counties Innovation Award, which is presented to the most innovated programs across all categories.
