CSAC has filed a brief in the California Supreme Court urging the Court to adopt a standard of review that provides deference to local agencies in interpreting the meaning of terms within their own general plans.  The brief was drafted by Tyson Sohagi at the Sohagi Law Group in Los Angeles.
