California County Staff Complete NACo Leadership Academy

Twenty-three California County staff members took part in NACo’s inaugural High Performance Leadership Academy, a 12-week online program that empowers front-long county government employees with fundamental leadership skills. Across the country, 164 county employees participated.
California County staff to complete the Academy are:
