CSAC has filed a brief in the California Supreme Court on the issue of whether the reasonableness of a dedication requirement is an issue for a judge or a jury to decide in a condemnation case.  CSAC’s brief was drafted by Andrew Schwartz at Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger in San Francisco.
