CSAC is urging the United States Supreme Court to review an opinion of the Ninth Circuit holding, among other things, that cash payments made to employees in lieu of health benefits must be included in the hourly “regular rate” used to compensate employees for overtime hours worked.  CSAC’s brief was prepared by Shay Dvoretsky and David Raimer at Jones Day in Washington, D.C.
