Following a productive Executive Committee Meeting, CSAC’s Officers, Executive Director and Legislative Director all met with Governor Jerry Brown on Thursday afternoon. The meeting was arranged to present the Governor with the 2013 CSAC President’s Award.

Immediate Past President David Finigan chose Governor Brown to receive the award last year, but he was unable to attend CSAC’s Annual Meeting in November to accept it. Past President Finigan, current President John Gioia, First Vice President Vito Chiesa and Second Vice President Richard Forster all joined in to make the presentation—and they took the time to talk a little policy, too.
