CSAC has invited Governor Brown to speak during our luncheon program, which will be just a day or two after he will have introduced the May Revision to his proposed 2018-19 state budget. The Conference will also provide county officials with an opportunity to meet with their local legislators to discuss issues of importance to California counties.
