CSAC has requested depublication of this opinion in which the Sixth District determined that a woman who left bruises on her 12-year old daughter with a wooden spoon was denied a proper hearing on whether her name should be included in the Child Abuse Central Index.  CSAC’s depublication request was drafted by Karen Christensen in the Orange County Counsel’s Office.
