CSAC has filed a brief in the Sixth Appellate District is a case that addresses when comments from neighbors who are opposed to a project rise to a “fair argument” that a formal Environmental Impact Report must be prepared.  CSAC’s brief was drafted by Tyson Sohagi at the Sohagi Law Group in Los Angeles.
