Chris Gardner, best-selling author of “The Pursuit of Happyness, ” will help kick off the 122nd CSAC Annual Meeting next month in Palm Springs, Riverside County.

In this short video, he invites county officials to join him at the conference.

Chris will be the keynote speaker at the Opening General Session on Tuesday, Nov. 29. His best-selling book was the inspiration for for the critically acclaimed movie of the same title, starring Will Smith.

Chris now works closely with the U.S. Veterans Administration to end homelessness among veterans. Chris is a major supporter of food banks and pantries across the U.S. and continues to speak in an effort help others achieve their full potential.
