CSAC has filed a brief in the Third Appellate District in support of Mono County’s efforts to overturn a trial court decision reinstating an employee who was dismissed for violating rules of County employment, including the workplace violence policy.  CSAC’s brief focuses on the proper standard of review of Personnel Appeals Board decisions.  The brief was drafted by San Diego Deputy County Counsel Smitha Arons.
