CSAC is supporting the State’s effort to have the United States Supreme Court review which this case in which the Ninth Circuit improperly permitted the jury to make findings related to the availability of qualified immunity to an officer in a deadly force case.  CSAC’s brief was drafted by Morris Hill in the San Diego County Counsel’s Office.
