NACo Now Accepting Achievement Award Entries
Do you have a county program you’re especially proud of? Would a little national recognition make it easier for that next round of funding? The National Association of Counties (NACo) might be able to help. They are now accepting entries for their Achievement Awards, a non-competitive awards program that seeks to recognize innovative county government programs.
There are 18 different categories of programs, everything from arts, culture and historical preservation, to financial management, IT, and risk and emergency management. One outstanding program from each category will be selected as the “Best of Category,” but many programs will be recognized.
Entries are due Monday, March 26. Please click this link for more information, a list of categories and the official entry form.
