CalPERS is now accepting nominations for the Spotlight on Excellence Award to recognize the efforts of public servants that often go unnoticed, even as they work diligently behind the scenes to educate, protect, and keep Californians safe and healthy through providing essential services and infrastructure.

Presented at the Annual Educational Forum in October, the award shines a light on the outstanding contributions of an exemplary public agency, program, or employee. Nominations can be completed using online nomination form until Friday, August 3, 2018 at 5 p.m.

The 2018 award recipient will also be featured on CalPERS social media and their quarterly publication, Employer News, in addition to the announcement at the 2018 Educational Forum.
