In this CEQA case, CSAC has filed an amicus brief emphasizing that local governments must be granted deference in interpreting their own land use policies, and in making determinations about whether a project is consistent with the agency’s policies and general plan.  The brief was drafted by Adam Hoffman at Hanson Bridgett in Sacramento.
