CSAC is only as strong as its membership. This week’s Profiles in Leadership spotlights Del Norte County Supervisor Chris Howard, who is currently in his second term serving the 3rd Supervisorial District. Supervisor Howard has made remarkable contributions to CSAC representing rural counties since 2017 and is currently the Del Norte County representative on the CSAC Board of Directors as well as Chair of the CSAC Agriculture, Environment, and Natural Resources Policy Committee. Supervisor Howard is passionate about finding solutions to local, state and national issues that impact rural communities and he provides a strong and respected rural perspective to CSAC.
