CSAC has requested that the Supreme Court depublish this case, which directed minors at risk of abuse by their mother into family court rather than recognizing the juvenile court’s authority to order removal of the offending parent from the home, and permit the minors to stay with the non-offending parent.  The request was drafted by Lilly Frawley in the Sacramento County Counsel’s Office.
